These terms govern your registration and participation in EFK Egypt Summer Camp 2026 programmes. Please read them carefully before booking.
These Terms apply to all EFK Egypt Summer Camp 2026 programmes, including Young Inventor (Seeds), Junior Investigator (Juniors), Shelter X (Apprentice), and Smart Planet (Masters), delivered at any EFK Egypt venue in Alexandria or Cairo.
These Terms are effective from the moment you submit your registration. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration. For questions before registering, contact us — we are happy to clarify anything.
EFK Egypt summer camp programmes are designed for children in the following age ranges:
Age eligibility is assessed at the time of registration. EFK Egypt reserves the right to recommend an alternative programme if the enrolled child does not meet the age or grade requirements for their selected programme, in the interest of the child's learning experience.
All programmes are delivered in a mixed-gender, inclusive environment. Children of all educational backgrounds and abilities are welcome.
A registration is only considered confirmed and binding upon receipt of full payment of the applicable camp fee. Completing the registration form without completing payment does not reserve a seat.
Seats are strictly limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. EFK Egypt may close registration for any batch at any time once capacity is reached.
EFK Egypt reserves the right to decline a registration at its discretion, in which case a full refund of any payment received will be issued within 7 business days.
All camp fees are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of:
Camp fees do not include transportation to or from the venue, meals, or any optional extras unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted online via EasyKash, which supports credit and debit cards, Vodafone Cash, and other payment methods as available on their platform. Cash payments may be arranged directly with the EFK team for in-person manual bookings at our offices.
All online transactions are secured by EasyKash's PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. EFK Egypt does not store or have access to your card details at any point.
EFK Egypt may offer promotional codes and early-bird discounts from time to time. The following conditions apply:
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
| When you cancel / request a refund | Refund amount |
|---|---|
| Before the first session of your batch | 100% refund |
| After attending the 1st session only | 100% refund |
| After attending the 2nd session | No refund |
| Batch cancelled by EFK Egypt | 100% refund or free rebooking |
| Child removed for conduct reasons | No refund |
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider, which is outside our control.
We want every child to get the full benefit of their programme. If your child needs to miss a session, please notify us as early as possible — ideally before the session begins.
Subject to availability, we will do our best to arrange a complimentary make-up session in another group within the same batch period. Make-up sessions are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
If a free make-up slot is not available, we can arrange a paid compensatory session:
Make-up or compensatory sessions must be requested within the same camp period. They are not carried over to future seasons.
EFK Egypt makes every effort to deliver programmes as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to make changes to camp dates, times, locations, or group assignments when required — for example, due to public holidays, venue availability, insufficient enrolment, or circumstances beyond our control.
The safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. EFK Egypt maintains adult supervision at all times during camp sessions, and all instructors are trained in child safety protocols and basic first aid.
You are required to inform EFK Egypt at the time of registration — or as soon as you become aware — of any medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, special educational needs, or behavioural considerations that may affect your child's participation or safety. Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases EFK Egypt from liability for any harm arising from that undisclosed condition.
In the event of a medical emergency during camp, EFK staff will administer basic first aid and immediately contact the parent or guardian using the phone number provided at registration. If you cannot be reached, we will contact emergency services. You consent to EFK Egypt taking reasonable emergency action on behalf of your child.
EFK staff are not authorised to administer medication to children. If your child requires medication during camp hours, please make prior arrangements with our team.
By registering your child, you agree to the following responsibilities:
